Registration and Payment — 2022 State Convention

So glad you are attending the 2022 State Convention!

Convention and Hotel registration deadline is May 13, 2022.

CONVENTION COSTS, REGISTRATION and PAYMENT OPTIONS

$145     Full Convention (includes all meals and program for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
$120     Saturday and Sunday  (includes Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner and program; Sunday breakfast and program)
$110     Saturday only  (includes all meals and program)
$70       Student Full Convention  (includes all meals and program for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
$55       Student Saturday and Sunday  (includes Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner and program; Sunday breakfast and program)
$50       Student Saturday only  (includes all meals and program)

For paper convention registration:  print the registration form.  It must be postmarked by May 13 to the address in on the form.  Payment must accompany the paper registration.

To pay for convention with a credit card: (NOTE:  We use PayPal to process credit cards.  You do not need a PayPal account):   Credit Card payment

To pay for convention by check:  Make check payable to:  AAUW-PA Convention.  Mail to:  Ann Echols, 181 Winesap Dr, Port Matilda, PA 16870.  Make sure the name used to register is on the check.  The check must be postmarked by May 13.

REGISTRATION AND REFUND POLICIES

  • Registrations with full payment must be paid by credit card using Paypal or by check, postmarked before May 13, 2022.
  • Registrations received after May 13th will incur a $35.00 late fee.
  • Onsite registration will be available and incur the $35.00 late fee and a $10 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received on or before May 20 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after May 20. Approved refunds will be issued after the convention.
  • If you are unable to attend, please find a substitute. Contact Convention Registrar, Barb Zaborowski at bzabor@pennhighlands.edu, if someone is taking your place.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

To make a room reservation, contact The Central Hotel and Conference Center, 800 E. Park Rd. Harrisburg, PA.  https://thecentralhotelharrisburg.com/.  Call 717-561-2800 to reserve your room by May 13 to get the AAUW rate. 

The Central Hotel has reserved a block of rooms until May 13. The nightly rate is $119.95 plus tax (double occupancy). The hotel will extend the special rate to a day before and after the convention should you and your family choose to stay.  Check-in is 4:00 pm.
