Goals for 2025-2027 AAUW Pennsylvania Strategic Plan

• Increase AAUW PA membership with an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Communicate and partner with Pennsylvania colleges and universities to attract faculty, staff, and college students to support and join AAUW.

• Develop and implement a plan for leadership succession for both AAUW PA branch boards as well as the state board.

• Examine board structures where needed to promote sharing of officer responsibilities and tightening of administrative duties.

• Build awareness and understanding about AAUW’s mission and advocacy across the state.

• Support AAUW’s public policy priorities with advocacy efforts statewide, regionally, and locally.

• Promote the development of AAUW mission-specific programs and activities by all affiliates.
